Reflect Education provides services to families and organisations across the United Kingdom.
Our outreach services include:

– Day care services
– Home educational programmes

Day Care
Our specialist care service provides respite and support over the evenings, weekends and throughout the school holidays. The service is primarily for families already involved with us as pupils of our school. Service users are supported by our Care Service Manager and our team of experienced staff.
Consultancy
Our consultancy services are led by our Board Certified Behaviour Analysts,
Dr Lynsey Herdman and Gemma Bond.
Our BCBA’s provide educational and behavioural advice to home and school ABA programmes across the UK.

Home Educational Programmes
Home educational programmes are consultant led and formed with our BCBA’s. Our BCBA’s provide educational and behavioural advice on an agreed basis to an exsisting team of tutors.
In most instances the programmes are funded by the Local Authority. Independent self-employed tutors are typically contracted by families or Local Authority.
Training
Our BCBA’s and Autism Specialist Teacher regularly provide training events for parents, carers and other professionals.
In the past we have provided and hosted training events on ABA, Educational Law, PECS and Talk Tools.

What is ABA?
ABA stands for Applied Behaviour Analysis. ABA is based on the science of learning. This science explores how behaviour works and how learning takes place. ABA is considered an evidence based ‘best’ practice intervention for teaching children and adults with autism.
What is a BCBA?
A BCBA is a graduate-level certification in behaviour analysis. BCBA’s are independent practitioners who provide behaviour analysis services.
Reflect Education and ABA?
We use the Verbal Behaviour approach to ABA to create person centered programmes which are indiviudal and flexible to the learner, focusing on teaching functional skills with clear learning pathways identified to ensure long term success.
